This is how Werner Vogels, Amazon Web Services Chief Technology Officer, started his at the AWS Global Summit 2016 (14, April MiCo – Milan). 2000 workers came from all over Italy.

Keynote was given the job. Werner Vogels has outlined Cloud Computing scenario as it has grown over last three years and how it has been experienced by companies in our country who have chosen AWS. “Cloud computing – says Vogels – is new normality. Today, Amazon counts more than one million active customers every month, with revenue growth in heavy double digits.” Suffice it to think that only in the last quarter of 2014 AWS had $ 5.7 billion in turnover, which in the same quarter of 2015 became 9.6.
